The Wildflower Method
15 minutes to come back to you.
The Wildflower Method is a simple practice for those moments when life feels noisy, busy or you realise you've been giving everything to everyone except yourself.
You don't need another routine to keep up with. You simply need to pause long enough to ask:
What do I need today?
Pause • Choose • Find Your 15 • Notice • Bloom

There is no one right way to Find Your 15.

Some days you'll need to create.
Some days you'll need to move.
Some days you'll need the quiet of meditation or the grounding presence of a horse.
You might journal, practise Reiki, walk amongst the flowers, breathe, stretch, paint, sit with a cup of tea or simply do nothing for a little while.

The practice isn't what matters most.

What matters is that you paused long enough to notice what you needed — and gave yourself permission to choose it.

Different doors. Same garden.

Perhaps you've found yourself here because...

You've spent a long time being the one who gets things done.
You've cared for people, solved problems, kept things moving and filled all the roles life has asked of you.
And somewhere amongst all that doing, you've become a little disconnected from the things that make you feel like you.

Maybe you don't need a complete reinvention.
Maybe you just need somewhere to begin.
Fifteen minutes is enough.

You might be longing for...
Peace instead of pressure.
Creativity instead of perfection.
Nature instead of noise.
Time to breathe, dream and create again.
A deeper connection with yourself.
A slower, softer way of living.
To simply feel like yourself again.

You're not looking for more to do.
You're looking for a way back to yourself.
